May I know how to compute the part time rate of college teachers in government schools?

i've taught once in a local government university and they cannot explain how the rates are computed...and they don't collect taxes from part time teachers..is that legal?

@bmoronia: Sorry, I do not have any idea about this.

@Laarnia: Maybe they collected the taxes and these are automatically deducted.
