I am a secondary school teacher, specifically teacher I, I was able to submit my papers at our division office for reclassification but it was disapproved merely because i have no units in masteral degree. I was a national awardee, national trainer and mostly of my trainings are national. Is the unit in masteral needed for promotion from teacher i to teACHER II or III?. Thanks please give me the deped order on how to evaluate teacher's performance for promotion.
