if you failed in ranking. do i still have the chance to be hired in public schools?

Revised Guidelines on the Hiring of Teacher 1 Positions based on th Reform Actioan in the Basic Eduation Sector Reform Agenda.

1. Teaching experience - 10 points - teaching expericned in pre school, SPED, Als, elementary and secodary in public and private schools shallbe given 1 point for every shcool year but not exceed to 10 points.

2. This addedum is effected to recognize the innovative and experiential strategies whcih the instructional managers and literacy facilitators of ALS apply to facilitate teaching and learning among out of school children, youth and adults in achieving the EFA goals.

haaayyyyy pareho tayoooo rank 7 din ako sa division...rank 7 ako for two years now..pero mas nauuna pa nilang i hire yung nasa baba ko..and worst..halos lahat ng sa top ten na hire na:(ako lang wala

nalilito po kasi ako sa AN APPLICANT MUST BE A RESIDENT OF A CERTAIN BARANGAY, MUNICIPALITY, CITY OR PROVINCE. pwede poh bang i live in the same province pero ibang barangay o city ang inaplayan ko..i mean hndi ako nkatira sa mismong city na inaaplayan ko pero province of zabo norte pa rin.

i mean zamboanga del norte po.... sa province na ito..halimbawa po may city 1 at city 2. sa city 1 poh ako nakatira...pero masyado pong maraming aplikante, konti lang ang school at obviously walang bakante yun...ok lang poh ba na sa city 2 ako mag apply kasi maraming schools at konti lang ang aplikante? sana po masagot ito..kasi yung ibang school na nilapitan ko...nag refuse po na tanggapin ang application ko. im just wondering kung bakit kasi we belong in the same province naman po...paano na pinag-aralan ko kung hindi nila ako isali man lang sa RQA? nais ko lang po sana ng paliwanag tungkol sa localization law na ito. salamat po

ganyan tlaga sa DepEd Dito nga sa Albay Division very powerful si Mrs. Evelyn Lim yung HRMO namin. Pag nag follow up ka sa kanya sasagutin ka, ay andami kong ginagawa tapusin na natin ang usapan natin, Bastos, E di umalis siya sa trabaho niya di baka makakalimutan si Evelyn Lim na nasa PUBLIC OFFICE SIYA.

I want to inquire here if the Localization Law/R.A. 8190 will bypass the RQA list? For example, if you are rank 11, and you are living in the same baranggay as the school, ( literally the house is next to the school ), can you skip the first 10 people on the list, which are living in the same city but from different baranggays which are far from the school?

Also, why is an applicant allowed to apply from City A to City B if there is a R.A. 8190? Like a Manila resident, applying outside Manila?

These question is based on the Public School hiring. Not private schools.
