hehehe..now I am sure that
there is really no new guidelines and that
they just wanted to create extra income out
of the fees they collect from the applicants
who have to undergo the English Proficiency Test...
sugapa talaga sila..

As far as I could remember, there were no fees collected from us during the entire application process, pati sa English Proficiency Test, wala din.

Nakakalungkot lang if fees were really amassed from you, guys. Haaay... Sad

Anyway, I hope things would be straightened out for you. Again, God bless!^^
or

Yes..we actually did pay for the so-called proficiency test fee which
amounted to 150 pesos..imagine that amount when accumulated
from hundreds of hopefuls?
according to the "heads", the fees collected will be given out to proctors and examiners and miscellaneous expenses incurred during the preparation of the test materials..the Education Program Specialists
prepared the test materials, isn't it that it is organic in their function as member of the Division Selection Committee to prepare the so-called test materials? Nakakalungkot lang kasi sumasahod sila nang malaki and then
they try to exploit resources from us who are still trying our luck to be employed in the academe..
and some more, what were given to us during the test were just four sheets of papers, one for the answer sheet and the other the test papers..and we were instructed not leave any mark on the test papers..
hahaha..they are really environmentalists, they know how to recycle papers someday..
