mona lisa smile --> for those teaching in exclusive all girls school
mr. holland's opus --> music teachers but can be applicable to all teachers as well
to sir with love --> a very old movie but its message is timeless

I have mix feelings re Monalisa Smile. If you really think about it, she (the protagonist) was the one who learned, not her students.
