Agree. These students have a rich environment. The basic needs of a student like food, health, transportation, clothing services are adequately given. They have more resources. Parents can choose for the school that a child can carry. They can provide computers and other learning materials for them. They can get tutors for coping up and enhancement. Things are taken care of by others when children are at home, such that the student can focus more on their studies.
