Aside from the pending bills on SPED, are you aware of HB 6771: Free Special Education Act of 2009? Act is introduced by KABATAAN Party-list Representative Raymond V. Palatino

Looking forward to a separate division on SPED in the Dept of Education independent from Basic Education
