CHED Memo 56 Series of 1998 has already prohibited smoking in Public Higher Educational Institutions. Yet many TEIs including their teachers still do not implement this. ;(

It is for the greater good, Sir. They may have rights, but they are bad example for the students.

Still, reasonable accommodations can be put in place. For example, a certain area of the school grounds can be designated as smoking zones. If you are a non-smoker, then you should not get near that area.

P.S. I am not a smoker.

I agree this Smoke-free Campuses advice and this rules is usefull of the College curlture.
Many reseon The camues to become Smoke free
1.Air is Become Clean.and Healthy environment.
2.Accures access for these affected by to second hand smoke.
3.prepare Student for the Future.
4.To give Knowledge about Effect on the Boddy to do Smoke In future.

i think there should be some area designated to smokers. It has two advantages that they will not pollute the whole environment and they will fulfill there need only at that area.
