There's a lot that we don't understand about science. And if we don't fully understand science and how our minds work and how big space is and whether there is life in other galaxies, then how can we claim to fully understand religion and God? Who knows whether the professor's brother who died of cancer was indeed 'saved' by God? Perhaps he wasn't saved in the way many people think as in his life on Earth was saved but perhaps his life was saved elsewhere.
