Light Bulb Percentage needed to pass the LET
I just want to know how much do I need in terms of the percentage in Gen. Ed, Prof. Ed, and Specialization to hopefully pass the LET. I've heard that it is 75% in each, is that true?

And what does PRC mean with this?

Gen. Ed. - 20%
Prof. Ed. - 40%
Major - 40%

How do they compute that?
Huh

RE: Percentage needed to pass the LET
i think the computation goes like this:

SCORE divided by the NO. of ITEMS X the percentage.

example:
You got a score of 120 in the Gen. Ed.
120 divided by 150 times .20 = .16

You got a score of 130 in the Prof. Ed.
130 divided by 150 times .40 = .3466 or .35

You got a score of 110 in the Major.
110 divided by 150 times .40 = .2933 or .29

Then add all:
.16
.35
+. 29
Equals = .80 or 80%

I hope this is correct... hehe

RE: Percentage needed to pass the LET
Yes, jamaloding's computation is correct.

My colleagues here are telling me there is a 50% cut-off, such that you should not have any grade less than 50% in any of the component, but I could not find any basis for that.
