The Cebu Science and Math Teachers Association (CSMTA) invites teachers, school administrators, education students, student teachers, and high school students to a talk entitled “Developing Young Leaders in School” which will be delivered by Mr. Mel Fatric Rhai R. Yan, Chairperson of the Cebu City Youth Network.

The talk will be this April 10, 2009, Saturday, 4 P.M. to 6 P.M., at the PAREF Springdale School AVR, J. Solon St., Lahug, Cebu City.
