Call for Papers: 2010 Asian Literacy Conference
The Reading Association of the Philippines (RAP), national affiliate of the International Reading Association, in celebration of its 40th anniversary, in cooperation with the International Development in Asia Committee, announces the CALL FOR PAPERS for the 2010 ASIAN LITERACY CONFERENCE entitled Literacy Across Cultures: (Re) Reading Asia to be held on November 3 to 5, 2010 at the Manila Hotel.
The theme of this year’s conference is [b]Literacy Across Cultures: (Re) Reading Asia. The conference aims to provide all participants, mostly educators, an opportunity to explore issues and challenges related to reading and literacy. RAP invites presentations and workshops on current research, best practices in teaching and emerging issues and innovations in literacy and reading instruction. Complete details are attached.[/b]
