DepEd's policy on misbehavior

What is DepEd's policy on absences? What is the sanction if a pupil incur 10 absences?

Is there a document governing disciplinary actions for pupils' misbehavior? If none, can the teacher (in public school) craft his own classroom management and discipline plan?
