Is it compulsory for public school teachers to submit their Xray results + CBC + Urinalysis + Stool exam annually as our SDS has already issued a localized memo based on a CSC guideline that an "annual physical exam" must be required for teachers for clearance by this schoolyear ending (and thereby receive their salary for May or June proportions)?

Previously we are required only Xray results annually. I am in any way inclined to disagree because we, after all, do not have choices. All I want to know is that would it be necessary? or if indeed necessary to what extent and would it result to recommendations if a teacher is found to be positive of "harmful contagious disposition"? Thankfully an additional clothing allowance of 1k is good but this time I know where it would definitely go... Any ideas.

If it is required by law, then it is required. Ask your principal for the relevant memo.
